I started reading the Red Lotus news letter, just out of curiosity, now it is an important part of my daily life. I try to incorporate Feng Shui into my home and life as much as I can, even though my husband does not quite believe Feng Shui, but he likes the results! The monthly Moon Wishes on the new moon DOES WORK!! I have been doing this for almost one year now, and at least four wishes made have come to pass. My husband was picked to be inducted into his high school athletic Hall of Fame, a family relationship has improved greatly, an environmental problem is working it's way to resolution in a successful manor for us, and a health issue for a family member has resolved. It may not happen the first time I wish it, but it HAS happened again and again. I will continue to make wishes for important things in my life!
Also, I am now addressing the CLUTTER in my home. I AM a pack rat. I save everything. It has become an issue with my husband who does not have my saving instincts. Slowly, but surely I am throwing away STUFF that I do not need that I have saved for years. The clutter free tips are so helpful in keeping me on tract and it is working. I have already seen improvement in our lives and I feel lighter and freer that I have felt in a very long time. I hope to have my home clutter free very soon, but I know if it doesn't happen as fast as I would like, it WILL HAPPEN. I intend to complete this!!!!!!
I thank you for your help in organizing my home and life and I will continue to try to follow Feng Shui as much as possible forever. I look forward to your letter every week and find there is always something in it for me. I do tell others about you and hope they have the good sense to start Fung Shuing their lives. Thank you.

Thanks to your newsletters and web page, I learned the numerous books and articles I read which contradicted each other were just a point of reference that I need to check your page to ensure is accurate and best for my feng shui experience.
I particularly like the front door advice. I put a fountain as close to my front door as possible and love the way it sounds as I enter and exit my home.
Your advice is quite valuable and I really enjoy reading the newsletters and using the website as my personal feng shui encyclopedia!

I've been hooked with Red Lotus Letter for more than a year now. I read everything and try to practice everything, especially when it comes to family, home, and wealth. My house has been feng-shui'd...from the color of every room to the placing of furniture. I even sent a couple of e-mails regarding our new hobby...saltwater fish tank. I asked about the kinds of fish, the color, and the count. That's how fascinated I am with feng shui.
So far, it has brought us nothing but good luck.
Our kids are doing great in school, my husband and I are at peace with one another and our financial status is stable. I even just landed a new job. Recommend to other people? Are you kidding me? - I already did. Actually, I've been forwarding the e-mails I receive to my friends. My husband now practices feng shui in his office, too. The most important thing I like about this site is that I could really relate with a person in real time via e-mail. I want to share with you a personal experience that I had after putting feng shui into action. In the North side of my living room I had placed a decorative table and had placed some red candles in it. (without even knowing the effects of fire in the water section). During those days, my husband was having several work related problems and was very stressed out. Then, by the grace of God, I came across your website and aftergoing through the tips on the article about “ Boost Your Career with Powerful Feng Shui”, I understood what was wrong. I placed the candles on the south and within 2weeks he got a promotion. Unbelievable isn’tit? Well it worked for us. Last month I decided to try your advice about placing a fountain in the southeast corner of the office if you have a younger male boss. Actually, I had a fountain there that I hadn't turned on in about a year because it needed a new bulb. On the way home that night I stopped and bought the bulb and started the fountain the next day. Since then my boss decided to reorganize the office to take some of the burdens off my shoulders. He decided to hire a manager and offered to promote the person in the office with whom I work the best. Otherwise, she was leaving to take another position elsewhere. I am ecstatic, and feel that the positive energy from you and the fountain are somewhat responsible for this amazing development. Thank you for this wonderful resource. I came across your e-zine while searching for feng shui references. I read with interest the get rid of clutter and get ready for the New Year. I wanted to welcome good fortune into my New Year soon..bought a new red wallet..began clutter removal..at home and work! I am a licensed Interior Designer and I am always looking for new ways to help clients express themselves and find balance in the space which they spend most of their time. Feng Shui philosophy and the practice of has been a wonderful tool. When my clients know that I incorporate these principle they become mesmerized by what I say and do.
It is the Red Lotus article that I look so forward too. I have taken floor plans and matched them to the Lo Shu square. I ask different questions to the client about personal growth, career challenges, general home life relationships, anything that will give me insight for proper Feng Shui practices.

About seven months ago I was searching locally in NC for a Feng Shui expert and could find no one. So I started browsing on the web. Finally I located the Red Lotus. At that time me and my husband were having what can only be termed as a trying time...broken bones, a robbery at our house, car wrecks..E-gads. It was a nightmare. So, I sat down one night and read everything on the Red Lotus website. EVERYTHING. Then I made a list of changes that needed to be made in order of importance.
The next day I was onto change. It was difficult at first because there was thinking and planning and decorating but now what a difference it has made. Then as the newsletters came in I read those, making adjustments or changing little things here and there. Now, my husbands business has increased 200 percent, I have been completing my projects and expanding my own business at the same tremendous growth rate. Feng Shui makes a huge difference in the quality of my life. It is not magic. I had to really focus and put my energy into it but now, well, now it feels like magic. And that's the beauty of it.

I read in the August 19th issue of The Red Lotus Letter an article called, "Feng Shui for Writers: 6 Keys Create Harmonious, Inspiring Work Environment"to place a quartz crystal in the northeast corner of my office for concentration. Before, I would go into another location to write because the energies there seemed more harmonious. So I put my desk and computer in the northeast corner, as well as one of my favorite quartz crystals in that location of my desk and since then, my concentration and focus has increased phenomenally! I am a writer and editor of an E-zine and my productivity has increased one hundred fold because I am more easily able to focus on my writings (and numerous other tasks also). Thank you so much for this great tip!

Red Lotus has helped me not only increase the energy flow in my house but has helped me implement my style into my home's fung shui. The other sites that I have been to research and obtain techniques would only offer their products for a price and maybe where to place said objects but don't really say anything practical or tangible.
The stagnation of funds, energy, and creativity is what lead me to Red Lotus. The difference in even the smallest suggestion started to improve the climate in my home. The improvements get better and more noticeable with implementing more of the technique that I have received from the site and e-zine.
I will be coming back again when it's time for us to relocation, which will be very soon, and also when the art studio I am in plans with comes to fruition.

Thank you for creating an opportunity for us to let you know just how important you and your tremendous letter are. I've been reading the Red Lotus Letter for about a year now and still look forward to each and every issue. I really enjoy your cleaning articles at Bella-online as well.
I have never been a particularly neat person although I always thought it would be good to be more organized. I have always lived a fun but chaotic life. Now, I am a wife and mother of a little girl and two dogs. I work as a yoga teacher, personal trainer and an artist. I have always enjoyed being busy with work and with many hobbies. My life is crazy and so was my home. It didn't really bother me because I was never home. But with the birth of my daughter, I began to work less outside of the home and was spending much more time at home. When I really took a look at my home I was astounded, frustrated and depressed about the way it looked and felt. Your latest article on the Out Of Control Home was a pretty close description of my sad home.
I knew I had to do something to pull everything together. Luckily I found your Red Lotus Letter while doing a search for Feng Shui on the internet. I am SO happy I found you and your wonderful newsletter! The way you wrote really clicked with me. Your clear and wise words went straight to my heart (and home). You felt like a friend just trying to help another friend. You're easy to understand, kindhearted and encouraging approach is unmatched.
The biggest impact you had on me was to help me see how clutter really doesaffect your ENTIRE life. For the first time in my life I saw that I really was preventing new, positive, clean, clear and vibrant energy from coming into my life by holding on to so many things from my past that were no longer beneficial to me. I had surrounded myself and in a way imprisioned my family and self with things I thought I might be able to use some day but really probably never would. You made the future seem much brighter and I felt motivated to let go. I threw away and donated all kinds of things… old art projects and supplies that were no longer useful, broken things I thought I might fix someday, clothes, old photos that I didn't even like but felt attached to and junk mail. Yes! Junk mail. Who knows why I was hanging on to that. I thought there might be something I would miss if I threw it away.
I was missing something. I was missing clarity, balance, freedom and positive energy. With the help of your smart, easy and encouraging ideas, I have clearedout, cleaned up and stepped up in this world. When I walk through my door I feel at home. I breathe easy and feel welcome in this world.
I used to think I should hold on to and fix everything up to save money. The problem was I never had the time to do any of those projects. They were exhausting me just because I knew they were waiting for me. So I just let them go. I spent money on my home and felt good about it. The interesting thing is I actually have more money in my bank account than I did last year and I am not even working as much. The changes I made in my home are reflected in my life. My spending habits, my living patterns, my thoughts and emotions are all more clear thanks to you and the Red Lotus Letter. I love your saying “Don't put it down, put it away.”
Now that I've got the house clean and clear, I enjoy incorporating your other Feng Shui tips and techniques. I can't wait to see what else you have to share with us with each new issue. I've begun to read more about Feng Shui and love it. I hope to read a book by you someday soon! (hint, hint :)
